Skafco Middle East LLC is committed to conducting its business in a manner that will not endanger the health, and safety of the people and the environment.  The company will make every effort to achieve this commitment through the introduction and implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental policy & procedures that will include:

Compliance with applicable regulations, legislation, and relevant industry standards.

 

Visible management commitment in HS&E matters.

 

Introduction and implementation of appropriate HS&E policy & procedures to achieve “Zero” accidents/incidents.

 

Identification and controlling the hazards and risks associated with company business activities.

 

Aiming to prevent and/or minimize discharges, emissions, and wastes that are capable of adversely affecting the living and working environment.

 

Effective two-way HS&E communication system.

 

Effective HS&E training programs to enhance workforce knowledge in the area of health, safety, and environment.

 

Accident/incident reporting and investigation to identify the root causes to introduce corrective measures to prevent its re-occurrence.  

 

Emergency response plan to deal with emergency situations associated with company business.

 

Periodic HS&E reviews to identify company strengths and weakness in the area of HSE management.

 

Educate the employees that health, safety and environment is the condition of employment and they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others around them.
